Role Description The Compliance Intern role at Crink.App is an on-site internship based in Kochi. The intern will assist in monitoring and documenting adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards relevant to a digital mental wellness platform. Daily tasks include supporting compliance audits, reviewing operational processes, maintaining compliance records, and helping prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.

The intern will also help research applicable laws and regulations, draft or update compliance guidelines,



and collaborate with product and operations teams to address potential risks. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment and exposure to compliance practices in the health-tech and AI space.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to support policy development and adherence monitoring.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to review processes, identify risks, and interpret compliance data.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Legal Compliance, preferably related to data privacy, digital health, or technology regulations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to prepare reports, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly are essential.
- Interest in mental health, digital health, AI technologies, or startup environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Kochi and willingness to learn from feedback and adapt in a dynamic setting.
