Role Description The Complaints Handler role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The person in this role will receive, log, and manage customer complaints related to transportation and logistics services, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating complaint details, analyzing service issues, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, and providing clear feedback and solutions to customers.

The Complaints

Handler will track recurring issues,



support root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service reliability. The role also involves maintaining complaint records, preparing summary reports, and adhering to internal policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Complaint Management and Complaint Investigations skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess issues and identify root causes.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and service recovery.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in office software for documentation and reporting.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
