We are looking for a Social Worker to supervise the day-to-day functioning of our centres and projects. The role involves coordinating with staff and beneficiaries, monitoring project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the effective implementation of programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor assigned centres and projects.
- Coordinate and guide centre staff and project activities.
- Monitor beneficiaries and their participation and progress.
- Conduct regular centre visits and follow up on activities.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with NGOs, government departments, and other stakeholders.
- Identify challenges and report project requirements to the management.
- Ensure smooth and effective implementation of project activities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
