We’re looking for someone who can help us keep the community running smoothly.
This role is a mix of people + content + operations + partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of work experience
- Genuinely enjoys working with people and knows how to communicate with warmth, empathy and good judgement across DMs, WhatsApp, events and more difficult conversations
- Strong writing skills, with a good understanding of how Substack, LinkedIn, Reddit and WhatsApp work
- A valuable creative eye - comfortable using Canva
- Comfortable with basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Has a reliable system for managing small tasks,
follow-ups and deadlines so things don’t slip
- Takes ownership when something is theirs
A big part of this role is making sure things actually happen: registrations are tracked, messages are answered, reminders go out, databases are updated and people know what’s happening. You’ll probably enjoy this role if

- Role: Full-time
- Salary: Rs. 22,000 per month
- Weekend availability - Weekly offs are typically on Monday & Tuesday.
