Role Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Community & Content Marketing Executive to strengthen ThinkStartups digital presence through community management, content creation, website content, blogs, newsletters, and social media. The ideal candidate should have robust writing and communication skills, understand digital platforms and trends, and be able to independently execute content and brand-growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow online communities across social media platforms and drive audience engagement.

- Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.

- Write and edit blogs, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and marketing communications.

- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, programs, and events.

- Monitor trends, audience feedback, and engagement to identify content and growth opportunities.

- Track content and social media performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, and brand growth.





- Collaborate with internal teams and support campaigns, events, webinars, and initiatives while maintaining consistent brand communication.

Qualifications

- 13 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, social media, Community Management, or Brand Communications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.

- Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, along with blogs, newsletters, website content, and basic SEO.

- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, community building, content calendars, and campaign execution.

- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to research, create engaging content, work independently, and drive brand growth; EdTech/Education experience is an added advantage.
