We’re hiring a Community Growth & Business Development Intern for a paid remote internship, with a potential performance-based PPO.

This is a hands-on role focused on community growth, business development, outreach, and partnerships in the US higher education and EdTech space.

- Understands how Reddit and online communities work
- Has an interest in business development, sales, community growth, or partnerships
- Is curious about US higher education and EdTech
- Has strong written communication and research skills
- Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks

What you’ll work on

- Identify and engage with relevant online communities
- Research student needs, discussions, and growth opportunities
- Identify potential university, EdTech, employer, and community partners
- Build prospect lists and support outreach




- Assist with business development and partnership conversations
- Test community-led growth and acquisition strategies
- Track results and suggest recent growth opportunities
