The Role

We’re looking for a Communication Coordinator who can keep conversations clear, information organised, and teams aligned.

You’ll work closely with clients, the creative team, and the internal leadership team to ensure that briefs are understood, updates are communicated, deliverables are tracked, and nothing gets lost between an idea and its execution.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Follow up with creative, content, design, and video teams on ongoing deliverables.
- Maintain project updates, timelines, references, and communication records.
- Coordinate client feedback and ensure it reaches the right team members.
- Keep track of approvals, revisions, pending inputs, and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing client updates, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Participate in client meetings and document key discussions and action points.
- Maintain organised client and project data.
- Ensure communication follows Redboots’ internal client communication protocols.
- Help identify gaps or delays before they become larger issues.
- Support the team in keeping projects moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and follow-up abilities.
- Someone who can manage multiple conversations and deadlines without losing track.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative work and communicate requirements clearly.
- Comfortable coordinating with different teams and personalities.
- Proactive approach—you don’t wait for someone to remind you about a pending task.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication/project-management tools.
- Basic understanding of social media, branding, content, or digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
