Role Description The Commi 1/2/3 – Continental role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Nagpur Area. In this role, the team member will assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes, support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include mise en place, basic cooking and plating, adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, and proper handling and storage of ingredients.



The Commi will also help coordinate with the service team to ensure timely order execution, support inventory checks, and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen setting that complements Corridor Seven’s specialty coffee experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Food Preparation and Culinary Skills, with a focus on continental cuisine.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong Hygiene practices and knowledge of kitchen safety standards.
- Candidates should have effective Communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
- Candidates should exhibit foundational Cooking abilities and willingness to learn and follow recipes and instructions.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in food service operations.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
