: Associate / Senior Associate Used Commercial Vehicle Finance (Ahmedabad, Baroda)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive growth in our Used Commercial Vehicle (CV) Finance division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct field experience in used CV financing, a strong local network of brokers, dealers, and fleet operators, and a proven track record of meeting monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for Used Commercial Vehicles and any new CV products introduced by the company.
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field visits, cold calling, and local networking.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with used vehicle dealers, brokers, mechanics, and local transport hubs.
- Customer Assessment: Conduct preliminary credit and financial screenings of customers, evaluating their profile, repayment capacity, and asset condition.
- End-to-End Logistical Management:



Oversee the loan process from document collection and login to verification, valuation, and final disbursement.
- Portfolio Health & Collections: Assist the credit and collections team in monitoring early delinquencies and ensuring timely recovery from acquired portfolios.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of core field experience specifically in Used CV Finance (experience in Light, Medium, or Heavy Commercial Vehicles).
- Education: Graduate or Under-Graduate degree in any stream.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local used commercial vehicle market, asset valuation nuances, and competitor practices.
- Skills: Robust negotiation, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for extensive field travel.
