We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Commercial Leasing Consultant to join our team at NSP, Delhi.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, sourcing properties, negotiating deals and closing transactions — and wants an earning opportunity that grows with performance.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle commercial leasing transactions for offices, retail spaces, showrooms, warehouses and other commercial properties.
- Generate and develop new tenant/client leads through calls, networking, references and market outreach.
- Understand tenant requirements and source suitable properties from our inventory and market.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, corporates, investors and developers.
- Conduct property inspections and client meetings.
- Coordinate negotiations between landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, LOIs, term sheets and lease transactions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
- Manage the transaction from lead generation → site visit → negotiation → agreement → closure → brokerage collection.
- Develop your own network of landlords and corporate occupiers.
- Track market rents, availability, upcoming projects and commercial leasing opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for leasing closures and brokerage revenue.

? What We're Looking For




- 1+ years of experience in real estate, preferably commercial leasing.
- Experience dealing with commercial landlords, tenants or corporate clients will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making calls and meeting new clients every day.
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Professional, confident and presentable.
- Own vehicle/ride is mandatory for property visits and client meetings.
- Willing to work from our NSP, Delhi office.

? Compensation & Earning PotentialFixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives For strong performers, the earning potential can be ₹1,00,000+ per month, depending on successful closures and brokerage generated.

There is no fixed ceiling on performance-based earnings for someone who consistently builds a pipeline and closes leasing transactions.
