Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage commercial loan syndications from origination to closure, ensuring timely execution and meeting client expectations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents and information for loan processing.

- Conduct due diligence on borrowers' financial statements, creditworthiness, and other relevant factors to assess risk exposure.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records throughout the lending process.

Job Requirements :

- 1.8-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in commercial lending or loan syndication.

- Robust understanding of letter of credit (LC) documentation and negotiation techniques.

- Proficiency in Loaniq or similar platforms used for loan origination and management.
