Role Overview

We are looking for candidate who is Mortgage & Equipment Finance SME with expertise in Commercial lending Space.

Guide Loan Origination (GLO), commerciallending, creditanalysis, and loan servicing. The role involves supporting end-to-end mortgage & Equipment Finance lifecycle processes, driving business requirements, and partnering with technology and business stakeholders on lending transformation initiatives.

Key Skills

Banking Domain Expertise – Commercial Lending, Equipment finance and Commercial Banking Products/services

Analyst skill sets (Analysis , Documentation, stakeholder mgmt. etc.)

Tools expertise – Jira. Confluence, Visio (other BPMN tools)

Geo exposure – USA, Europe

Role & Responsibilities:

· Drive requirements gathering and solution design for commercial mortgage and lending platforms.

· Analyze loan origination workflows including application intake, KYC/AML, documentation, collateral evaluation, and underwriting.

· Perform commercial credit analysis using financial statements, cash flow analysis, DSCR, LTV, and risk rating methodologies.





· Support credit approval processes, credit memo preparation, and loan committee reviews.

· Manage loan servicing functions including payment processing, covenant monitoring, annual reviews, modifications, renewals, and exception handling.

· Collaborate with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to improve lending processes.

· Support regulatory and compliance requirements related to commercial lending and mortgage servicing.

· Participate in UAT, business validation, process documentation, and production support activities.

· Provide domain guidance for loan origination systems, servicing platforms, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
