Required Skills

3–6 years of experience (end to end commercial project exposure), Prior work experience with Pharma Commercial business users

Candidate must have hands on experience in Pharma Commercial / Sales & Marketing functions, including:

· Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

· Customer & Territory Management

· HCP / HCO engagement processes

· Product launches and lifecycle management

· Market access, pricing & contracting (basic understanding)

· Commercial analytics & reporting

Understanding of commercial KPIs such as:

· Sales performance, targets, call plans

· Reach & frequency

Solid preference for candidates who have worked on commercial pharma platforms,



such as:

· CRM Platforms o Veeva CRM (mandatory or highly preferred)

o Salesforce

Functional / Technical Skills

- Requirements gathering from Commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Analytics teams)
- Translating business needs into:
- User stories
- Functional specs
- Reports & dashboards
- Data understanding related to:
- Sales data
- Alignment data
- Call activity
- Target lists

Soft Skills

- Strong client communication (especially Sales/Marketing stakeholders)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business language
- Good documentation & presentation skills
- Experience working in onsite–offshore or global teams
