We are looking for a hands-on and highly organized Commercial Manager to oversee the day-to-day commercial and operational running of our Milan outlet. In this central role, you will act as the primary bridge between our local Italian operations and the leadership team based in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial & Cash Management: Prepare and maintain the outlet's cash budgets (weekly/monthly/quarterly). Monitor spending, forecast working capital needs for seasonal buying, and coordinate with local accountants for VAT filings and statutory compliance.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Liaison: Act as the primary contact for manufacturers and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and manage production/delivery schedules to ensure stock continuity.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Serve as the operational bridge between Milan staff and India HQ. Resolve daily operational bottlenecks and provide regular performance/status reports.
- Retail Operations & Merchandising: Oversee stock counts, visual merchandising, and seasonal display changes. Ensure compliance with Italian retail, labor, and customs regulations.
