We are hiring for a Manager / Senior Manager – Office Leasing role with a leading pharmaceutical company who is developing a 30-storey commercial tower targeting LEED certification .

Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Office Leasing The role will be responsible for driving office leasing activities, managing client visits and re-visits, and coordinating closely with brokers / IPCs. The candidate will be based out of the site office for approximately 4 days a week .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular market surveys and competition benchmarking.
- Identify and approach prospective occupiers through business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with project, MEP, legal and design teams to address client requirements and enquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPCs and commercial property consultants to generate and pursue leasing opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with IPCs and key stakeholders across levels.
- Maintain and update weekly leasing trackers and prepare periodic review presentations.




- Stay updated on market trends, occupier activity and emerging opportunities to generate active leads.
- Manage client visits, re-visits and overall coordination throughout the leasing process.

Candidate Profile

- 3–4+ years of relevant experience in commercial office leasing, preferably with an IPC or real estate developer.
- Experience handling a similar office leasing / commercial leasing profile.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Solid market knowledge and ability to build relationships with occupiers, IPCs and property consultants.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution preferred; graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
