Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate PDA/FDA as per SOPs and client requirements.

- Review Charter Party (CP) terms and identify applicable port costs.

- Ensure accuracy of port costs from enquiry to final reconciliation.

- Investigate DA discrepancies and identify root causes.

- Coordinate with clients, port agents, and internal teams to resolve queries.

- Monitor and report operational, customer, and agent KPIs.

- Ensure timely and accurate DA processing and compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of port operations and shipping terminology.

- Knowledge of PDA/FDA and DA reconciliation.

- Basic understanding of Charter Parties.

- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
