Job Title: Commercial Lines -Claims Executive.

Accurate Risk Managers & Insurance Brokers

Location : Pune To manage, coordinate, and facilitate the claims process for commercial line insurance policies (such as Fire, Engineering, Marine, Liability, and Property), ensuring timely and fair settlement of claims while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory guidelines.



Key Responsibilitiesm

1. Receive and register claims from clients for commercial insurance policies.
2. Scrutinize policy coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions.
3. Assist clients in claim documentation and submission to insurers.
4. Coordinate with surveyors, loss assessors, and insurers for claim investigation and settlement.
5. Ensure proper follow-up to achieve timely resolution of claims.
6. Act as the single point of contact for clients during the entire claims process.
7. Provide guidance to clients regarding claims procedures, documentation, and timelines.
8. Communicate updates and outcomes to clients in a professional and transparent manner.
9. Liaise with underwriters, surveyors,



and insurance companies to ensure productive claim processing.
10. Negotiate and advocate for fair claim settlements on behalf of clients.
11. Escalate delays or disputes to senior management as necessary.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files and records. 0Prepare periodic MIS reports on claims status, trends, and turnaround time (TAT).
13. Ensure compliance with IRDAI and internal audit requirements.
14. Identify recurring claim issues and suggest preventive measures to underwriting teams.
15. Support product and risk management teams with claim data analysis for renewal discussions.
16. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

17. Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Any engineering graduate or diploma, Certification in Insurance (Licentiate / Associate – III / IIB will be added advantage
2. Freshers are welcome to apply, there will 3 months training and 6months probation, during training stipend will be 15000/-
