Write and submit reports to director in all matters of importance

. Tenant Management

· Responsible for smooth & effective facility operations across all sites.

· Prepare & Monitor Facility budget, expenses & payments.

· Generate and present regular reports and reviews of Facility-related budgets, contracts, expenditures, Customer satisfaction etc.

· Plan & monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels. Ensure optimum utilization of staff through their personal development and trainings. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards as per industry codes.

· Supervise maintenance & repair of facilities and equipment.

· Prepare & Implement SLA’s to obtain the high Service delivery standards from the vendors and OEM’s (all AMC vendors). Perform Quarterly Evaluation of the vendors and rate their services.

· Respond to facility for system failures. Provide prompt response to service requests of Occupants. Frequent interaction with the Clients to understand their anticipations & satisfaction level.

· Ensure that clear, accurate documentation is maintained for all critical records, processes, physical changes and communications with suppliers, customers, management and regulatory agencies.

· Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors & suppliers. Comprises Costs analysis for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness and Negotiates to optimize delivery and cost saving.





· Ensure safe execution of Fitout by monitoring the activities closely.

· Plan & Manage Centralized services of Facility management such as CRM, CAM collection, Helpdesk, Control room, Waste disposal, security & Safety management, E&M; etc.

Requirements and Skills

· Proven experience as Building Manager, Hotel Background or relevant role

- Building scalable management processes without suffocating innovation/speed
- Excellent leadership, writing and speaking skills must be able to communicate complex ideas and information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and actions consistent with client's values.

· Understanding of business functions such as Finance, marketing etc. · Expert on Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Budgeting, implementations & collections

· Excellent command on implementing SLA’s and achieving the high level of facility standards.

· Experience on Operations & Maintenance of the Air Conditioning, Diesel Generators, BAMS, Power Supply & Distribution, Water treatment systems, Fire Fighting systems (Comprises EPBX, MATV, Steam Boilers, DG sets, Hydro-pneumatic system, H.T & L.T Panels, STP, Kitchen & Laundry equipment, Fire Alarm & Pumps, Elevators etc.)

· Excellent in creating and implementing the SOP of all departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Security & Parking, Horticulture. Facade cleaning)

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
