Position: Collection Executive Industry: Microfinance / NBFC Experience: 0–2 years Education: 12th Pass Age: Up to 30 years Bike: Mandatory Key Responsibilities: Regularly visit customers and collect EMI/loan repayments. Follow up on overdue and default accounts. Maintain daily collection records and update repayment status.
Communicate with customers regarding due dates and outstanding amounts. Handle basic customer queries and payment-related issues. Achieve daily/monthly collection targets. Maintain proper documentation and follow company collection policies.
Candidate Profile: 0–2 years of experience, preferably in Microfinance/NBFC/Banking collections & Sales Any Sales Background candidate can apply Candidates with field-collection experience can apply. Freshers may also be considered.
Valid Driving
Licence is preferred; a Learner Licence may be accepted initially, subject to company policy. Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory. Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling. Basic knowledge of the local language is preferred.
