We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Collection Executive to manage recovery efforts and maintain portfolio quality within the assigned area. The role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure timely collections, adherence to bank policies, and compliance with audit and regulatory norms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about collections, resilient under pressure, and capable of convincing customers effectively.
Responsibilities
Ensure the maintenance of a high-quality portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and improving collection efficiency. Focus on enhancing collections performance in the assigned area, either individually or as part of a team. Ensure strict adherence to MOPP norms and internal compliance standards. Follow all banking processes and procedures as defined by the organization.
Comply with audit requirements and maintain documentation and records as per audit standards.
