- Minimum 6 months of experience in Recovery / Collection
- Experience in Loan / EMI / BFSI recovery preferred
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to handle field recovery activities
- Local candidates or candidates comfortable working in Shivaji Nagar preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments
- Conduct collection and recovery activities
- Visit customers for payment follow-up, wherever required
- Maintain proper records of collection activities
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
- Coordinate with the team and submit regular collection updates
