Job Title: Tele-Collections Executive – Bank Loans
Location: Udaipur (Chitrakoot Nagar) (Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers for overdue loan payments
- Convince and follow up for timely repayment
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
- Achieve assigned recovery targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / collections
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling (150+ calls/day)
- Target-oriented mindset
