Role Description The Collaboration Expert will work on-site in Ajmer in a full time capacity, facilitating effective coordination among founders, internal teams, incubators, investors, and government stakeholders. This role involves organizing and leading cross-functional meetings, capturing and tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up and alignment across all parties involved in funding applications and growth initiatives.

The Collaboration

Expert will help structure workflows, improve communication channels, and streamline documentation and information sharing to support funding processes and project delivery.



The role also includes preparing and reviewing collaborative materials such as meeting summaries, shared plans, and stakeholder updates, while maintaining a transparent and organized communication framework. The individual will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement of collaboration practices and support senior consultants in delivering a smooth, coordinated experience for startup clients.

Qualifications

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between founders, internal teams, incubators, investors, and government agencies.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, concise written updates, and confident facilitation of meetings and presentations.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, such as managing timelines, tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring follow-through on agreed actions.
- Basic understanding of startup ecosystems, funding processes, or government schemes, with the ability to quickly learn relevant procedures and terminology.
- Proficiency in common collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms) and comfort working with structured processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Ajmer, in a quick-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, operations, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
