Responsible for field-level collection activities, recovery of outstanding/shortfall amounts, identification and reporting of losses, and supporting sales/business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers/clients for collection and recovery of outstanding payments.
- Follow up on shortfall amounts and ensure timely recovery.
- Identify, verify, and report financial/operational losses.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, shortfalls, and recoveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve collection-related issues.
- Support sales activities and generate new business opportunities where required.
- Prepare daily field visit and collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Pay: ₹9,586.36 - ₹27,480.81 per month
