The company focuses on elevating personalized fashion experiences by bridging the gap between consumers and independent designers. Wumn aims to make custom fashion more accessible, transparent, and collaborative through curated design partnerships and smart workflows.

As an emerging brand, Wumn offers the chance to shape core fashion, product, and customer experience strategies from the ground up.

Role Description The Cofounder and Fashion Head will lead Wumn’s overall fashion vision, designer ecosystem, and product direction while contributing to core business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the brand’s aesthetic, curating and managing designer relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end design and customization process.

The role involves collaborating on collection planning, pricing, and merchandising, as well as reviewing samples, fittings, and production quality. The Cofounder and Fashion Head will also work closely with the business team on customer insights, marketing narratives,



and partnerships to ensure a cohesive fashion and brand strategy.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer insights, and performance data for fashion and business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, partners, team members, and customers in a clear and inclusive manner.
- Sales and marketing skills to help position collections, drive demand, and support go-to-market initiatives for custom fashion offerings.
- Research skills to stay ahead of fashion trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging designer communities.
- Proven experience in fashion design, merchandising, or brand management, ideally in custom, luxury, or emerging designer segments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, with comfort in taking ownership and making data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and interest in a cofounder-level role, including strategic thinking and long-term brand building.
- Relevant education in fashion design, fashion management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
