Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, transformation, enhancement, and integration initiatives. The role requires a combination of strong project/program management, CRM domain knowledge, stakeholder management, technology delivery, and business transformation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and governance structures.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand CRM objectives and translate them into actionable technology requirements.
- Lead requirement workshops, solution discussions, project reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Coordinate D365 CRM configuration, customization, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams across D365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Coordinate integrations between D365 CRM and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
- Oversee data migration planning, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
- Drive SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, and production readiness.
- Manage implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Monitor project health,



delivery KPIs, risks, and dependencies and provide regular leadership reporting.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management across business and technology teams.
- Ensure project delivery follows appropriate security, quality, governance, and compliance standards.
- Support change management, user adoption, training, and post-go-live optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, automation, reporting, and user experience.

Technology Exposure :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, D365 Sales / Customer Service, Microsoft Dataverse
- Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI, Azure
- REST APIs and enterprise integrations, Data migration and ETL concepts
- Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery

Required Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in technology project/program management.
- Significant experience managing D365 CRM implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Experience with enterprise application integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Solid stakeholder, vendor, risk, budget, and resource management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification.
- Experience managing global or large-scale CRM transformation programs.
- Consulting or client-facing technology delivery experience.
