Role Description The Co-Founder will play a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, working closely with the founding team to shape the company’s strategy, culture, and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining service offerings for F&B; clients, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and contributing to client acquisition and retention. The role involves collaborating with the creative, performance marketing, and business support teams to ensure high-quality delivery and consistent client results.

The Co-Founder will also manage key client relationships, participate in financial and operational planning,



and identify new market opportunities and partnerships. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a willingness to be hands-on across business, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, shape strategy, and support decision-making.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration, client presentations, and stakeholder management.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive client acquisition, negotiate contracts, and build long-term business relationships.

- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to guide digital campaigns, brand positioning, and performance-focused initiatives.

- Experience in the F&B;, hospitality, or agency space is highly beneficial.

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience or prior involvement in building or scaling a business is preferred.

- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not mandatory.
