We’re looking for a sales-obsessed, entrepreneurial person to join us as a Co-Founder and take ownership of sales & growth.

This is NOT a typical sales job. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something, not just work a 9–5.

What you’ll do

- Take ownership of the sales cycle — meeting → discovery → pitching → negotiation → closing
- Qualified meetings will be provided to you; your job is to turn them into paying clients
- Conduct sales calls with founders, CEOs & decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and present the right solution
- Handle objections, follow-ups and negotiations
- Close deals and take ownership of revenue
- Help improve our sales process, messaging and offers
- Use AI tools to make the sales process faster and smarter
- Help identify new markets, niches & opportunities
- Eventually help build and lead the sales team

What we're looking for:
- Hands-on B2B sales experience — you’ve actually closed deals
- Confident communicator who isn't afraid to get on a call and sell
- Strong understanding of websites, apps, SaaS & AI solutions
- Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CRMs, automation tools, etc.
- Hungry, proactive & comfortable with ambiguity
- Thinks like an owner, not an employee
- Bonus: Experience selling to US/UK clients





LocationDelhi / Delhi NCR preferred, but not a deal breaker. The preference is simply because we want to be able to meet in person, brainstorm, and make key business decisions together when needed. Strong candidates from elsewhere are absolutely welcome to apply.

Compensation & CommitmentThis is a real Co-Founder opportunity, not a regular sales job.

- $200 commission on every closed deal initially
- Performance-based compensation initially, with equity / profit share based on your level of commitment and contribution.
- We’re looking for someone who can treat this as a serious long-term venture, not a side hustle.
- You’ll have real ownership of sales, growth, and revenue, along with a voice in key business decisions.
- As we grow, your compensation and ownership grow with the business.
- We’re versatile on the exact structure and will discuss it openly based on experience, commitment, and what you bring to the table.

Most important:We don't care much about fancy degrees or titles. Show us what you've sold, how you've sold it, and what you've built.
