Key Responsibilities & Skill Areas

1. Mechanical Installation:

- Machine leveling, geometric alignment, and complete mechanical assembly.

- Mounting chucks, turrets, tool blocks, tailstocks, and related machine accessories.

1. Electrical Installation:

- Panel wiring checks, cable routing, and control system interconnections.

- Understanding and working with drives, servo motors, encoders, sensors, and electrical interlocks.

1. CNC Commissioning:

- CNC parameter setup, axis referencing, and spindle/turret calibration.

- Basic PLC and CNC diagnostics across major controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent systems.

1. Workpiece Proving (Job Prove-Out):

- Tool setup, offset setting, and G-code/M-code program loading.

- Conducting trial cuts,



verifying dimensional accuracy, and optimizing cycle times.

1. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CNC control system faults.

1. Customer Support & Documentation:

- Training machine operators on daily operation and preventive maintenance.

- Preparing field installation reports, service logs, and completion certificates.

1. Soft Skills:

- Customer communication, structured problem-solving, safety compliance, and time management.
