Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC, VMC and HMC machines as per production requirements.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets and work instructions.

- Perform machine setting, tool loading, tool offset correction and work-piece loading/unloading.

- Understand and operate CNC programs; make minor program corrections where required.

- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.

- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawing specifications.

- Monitor cutting tools and replace worn or damaged tools as required.

- Carry out in-process inspection and ensure production of quality components.

- Identify machine abnormalities, tool wear, vibration, dimensional variation and other process issues and report to the supervisor.

- Maintain production records,



inspection records and machine-related documents.

- Follow approved process parameters, cycle times and quality standards.

- Ensure proper use of coolant, cutting oil and other consumables.

- Maintain 5S, cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine.

- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and company rules.

- Minimize rejection, rework, machine downtime and material wastage.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room and Maintenance departments whenever required.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor / Machine Shop In-charge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
