Role Description The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and process specifications. Day-to-day tasks include loading materials, selecting and installing tools, inputting and adjusting machine programs, and performing basic measurements to ensure parts meet quality standards. The role involves routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and reporting any equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.

The operator will collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily targets and maintain a safe,



clean work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, basic GD&T;, and production documentation.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation, including setup, tool changes, and parameter adjustments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming concepts (e.g., G-code), feeds and speeds, and machining processes.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality checks.
- Understanding of shop safety practices, housekeeping standards, and proper handling of tools and materials.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and focus on producing accurate and consistent parts.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace with production targets and shift schedules.
- Previous experience in precision component or pattern manufacturing is an advantage.
- ITI, diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in mechanical, production, or related field preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with team members, report issues clearly, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
