Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Router & Laser Machine Operator to operate CNC Router and Laser Cutting/Engraving machines for signage, customized products, display materials, and other printing-related works.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Router and Laser Cutting/Engraving machines safely and efficiently.

Prepare and set machine parameters according to the material and job requirements.

Perform cutting, engraving, carving, grooving, and profile-cutting jobs.

Work with materials such as MDF, acrylic, wood, PVC/foam board and other compatible materials.

Load design files and correctly position materials before production.

Check measurements, dimensions, cutting paths, and alignment before starting the job.

Monitor machines during operation and ensure accurate cutting and engraving.

Minimize material wastage by proper job planning and nesting.

Inspect finished products for cutting quality, dimensions, and finishing.

Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Maintain the machine, tools, lenses/bits, work area, and accessories properly.

Follow all machine and workplace safety procedures.





Coordinate with graphic designers and the production team to complete jobs on time.

Required Skills

Practical knowledge of CNC Router and Laser machines.

Understanding of CNC/Laser design files and machine operating software.

Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW/AutoCAD or similar design software is preferred.

Knowledge of different materials and suitable cutting/engraving settings.

Ability to take accurate measurements and understand job specifications.

Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Valuable attention to detail and finishing quality.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple production jobs.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience in signboard manufacturing, digital printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, MDF cutting or customized gift production will be preferred.

Experience: Relevant CNC Router/Laser Machine operating experience preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
