Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced CMM Operator responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure dimensional accuracy, quality, and conformity of manufactured components with engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain CMM equipment for accurate dimensional inspection.
- Create, modify and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS / MCOSMOS.
- Perform FAI,



in-process and final inspections of components.
- Interpret GD&T; requirements, engineering drawings and inspection specifications.
- Analyze measurement data and prepare inspection reports.
- Identify and resolve dimensional and quality-related issues in coordination with engineering and production teams.
- Maintain CMM calibration, accuracy and proper machine performance.
- Ensure inspection activities are carried out according to defined quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspection results.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in CMM operation and programming.
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or MCOSMOS.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of metrology and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Ability to analyze measurement data and identify deviations.
- Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Hands-on CMM programming experience will be a definite advantage.
