- Operate ZEISS CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection of injection-moulded plastic components.

- Perform dimensional inspection as per engineering drawings, GD&T;, control plans, and customer specifications.

- Prepare and run CMM inspection programs using ZEISS CALYPSO software.

- Measure critical dimensions such as length, diameter, height, position, profile, flatness, concentricity, and true position.

- Inspect first-off, in-process, and final components.

- Prepare inspection reports, dimensional reports, and PPAP-related reports.

- Identify dimensional deviations and communicate results to Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.

- Support mould trials, new part development, and process validation.

- Maintain CMM machine, probes, fixtures, and calibration records.

- Understand and use Vernier caliper,



micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and other inspection instruments.

- Follow 5S, safety, quality procedures, and ISO/IATF requirements.

Required Skills:

- Experience with ZEISS CMM and CALYPSO.

- Good knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.

- Experience in plastic injection moulding / automotive components is preferred.

- Knowledge of measuring plastic components and moulded-part inspection.

- Ability to troubleshoot dimensional issues and prepare accurate reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
