We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machinery, produce precision components, and ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
- Load and unload materials and finished components.
- Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and job specifications.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools.
- Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when required.
- Check dimensions and quality of finished products using measuring instruments.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and report machine problems or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and follow the assigned production schedule.
- Ensure the work area and machines are clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Experience operating CNC milling, turning, routing, or similar machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programs and machine settings.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Positive attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CNC programming and G-code.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with different materials such as aluminum, steel, wood, acrylic, or plastics.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and tool changes.
- Experience with automatic or multi-axis CNC machines.
