Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing and managing multiple branches or operational units for Esse India. This role involves supervising day-to-day branch activities, ensuring consistent service quality, and aligning operations with company standards and immigration guidelines.

The Cluster

Manager will lead and support local teams, set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with senior management, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, handling escalations,



and promoting best practices across the cluster. The role also requires regular reporting, resource planning, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on client trust and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multiple locations or units.
- Operational and process management skills, including performance monitoring, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
- Client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of immigration or visa consulting processes, or experience in a related service-oriented industry.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Comfort with using office and CRM software to manage operations, reporting, and client information.
- Ability to work in office in Kerala and travel within the cluster as needed.
