Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across 7+ jewellery stores
- Own cluster-level P&L; and achieve sales and margin targets
- Develop and implement seasonal and regional sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and monitor showroom managers and teams
- Ensure SOP compliance across service, billing, VM, and store operations
- Manage inventory planning, stock allocation, and aged inventory control
- Build and maintain robust HNI/VIP customer relationships
- Analyze sales reports, stock data, and performance metrics
- Submit weekly and monthly business performance reports
