– Cluster Manager (EBO Sales & Retail Operations) About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee the performance of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores within an assigned cluster. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, improving profitability, developing store teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores.

Sales

Performance & Business Growth

- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned cluster.
- Monitor Like-to-Like (LFL) sales growth and implement strategies to improve store productivity.
- Analyze sales trends, conversion, average bill value, and customer buying patterns.
- Support new store openings (NSO) and ensure smooth business ramp-up.
- Develop action plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Retail Operations & • SOP Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs across all stores.
- Conduct a minimum of two store visits per month for each assigned store.
- Review and submit detailed store visit reports with actionable feedback.
- Monitor store hygiene, maintenance, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Ensure stores consistently comply with brand VM guidelines and operational audits.
- Profitability & • Inventory Management

- Drive store profitability by controlling markdowns, payroll productivity, rent-to-sales ratio, and operating expenses.
- Monitor EBITDA performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Ensure optimum stock availability while maintaining inventory within targeted stock cover levels.
- Coordinate with merchandising and warehouse teams for effective inventory movement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)




- Drive customer acquisition through new customer enrollment initiatives.
- Ensure high CRM data accuracy across all stores.
- Encourage repeat purchases through customer engagement and loyalty activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve the overall shopping experience.
- Team Management & • People Development

- Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams.
- Identify training needs and ensure completion of annual learning hours.
- Monitor employee productivity and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Maintain healthy employee engagement and control attrition within the cluster.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for retail teams.
- Reporting & • Business Review

- Prepare and present regular business performance reports.
- Review KPIs with Store Managers and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.

Experience

- 6–10 years of experience in Retail Operations, with at least 3 years in a Cluster/Area Manager role handling multiple EBO stores.
