I’m building KrrishJazz, a PropTech platform focused on building the network and technology infrastructure for real-estate professionals.

The vision is to build a platform where brokers, channel partners and developers can work together more efficiently — helping brokers collaborate, discover and share inventory, manage requirements and deals, while giving smaller developers access to a wider broker network and affordable technology.

Looking for a Technical Co-FounderI’m looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the technology side of the company — from architecture and development to deployment, scaling and eventually building the engineering team.

This is not a freelance or traditional developer role.

Ideally, you should have experience with:

- Java / Next.js / React
- React Native / Expo or native mobile development
- Node.js / TypeScript
- PostgreSQL / Supabase
- REST APIs and backend architecture
- Authentication and authorization
- AWS / Vercel or similar cloud platforms
- Database architecture and optimization




- Third-party API integrations
- AI / LLM integrations
- App Store and Google Play deployment
- Building scalable, production-ready applications

You don't need to know every technology listed above. Strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, ownership and the ability to learn quickly matter more.
