Purpose of the Role The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, converting qualified leads into site visits and sales closures, generating new customer walk-ins, and driving customer engagement. The incumbent also monitors competitor activities and develops strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.

1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business plans.
- Convert assigned leads into site visits and successful sales closures.
- Conduct property presentations and project demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales bookings while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Suggest and execute sales schemes to improve movement of slow-moving inventory.
- Generate sales through referral, loyalty, and corporate channels.
1. Lead Management & Customer Acquisition
- Generate current leads through direct marketing, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and networking activities.
- Follow up on leads assigned through CRM/Salesforce in a timely manner.
- Convert qualified leads into customer site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Track lead status and update the CRM system accurately.
