About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist (Manager / Sr. Manager) to drive clinical adoption and hospital approvals of Sterimed products through scientific product education, hospital stakeholder engagement, product evaluation support, KOL development and clinical education initiatives.

The role will serve as a bridge between clinical value and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product-led clinical education for doctors, nurses, OT, ICU, ward and technician teams.
- Engage with key hospital stakeholders including clinicians, nursing leaders, purchase, stores, infection control and biomedical teams.
- Support product evaluations, user training, feedback collection and movement toward hospital approval and routine usage.
- Deliver scientific product detailing by translating product features into patient safety, workflow, protocol and standard-of-care benefits.
- Build and manage KOL relationships and support CMEs, workshops and user meetings.
- Partner with sales teams on strategic accounts,



new product introductions, objection handling and account conversion.
- Capture Voice of Customer, market feedback and competitor insights.

Candidate Profile

- B.Sc. Nursing — Mandatory for this position
- 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical applications, product specialist, clinical support or hospital-facing medical device/consumable roles.
- Strong clinical communication and scientific product detailing skills.
- Experience in healthcare skilled training, product evaluation and hospital stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, marketing and sales teams.
- Exposure to medical-device/consumable products is relevant.
- Preferred clinical exposure: Urology, Airway Management, Anaesthesia, Critical Care, OT, ICU or Ward-based products.
