Job Summary

New Hope IVF and Fertility Center is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, nurses, and other clinical team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the complete patient journey from consultation to treatment.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryology, and other clinical teams.
- Schedule and coordinate patient consultations, investigations, and follow-ups.
- Explain treatment-related processes and provide necessary information to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
- Address patient queries and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical activities and ensure proper communication among departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow center protocols.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/medical background will be preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, IVF center, fertility clinic, or healthcare setup will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Patient-friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience as a Clinical Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, Hospital Coordinator, IVF Coordinator, or Healthcare Coordinator are preferred.
