Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, responsible for overseeing daily operations of The Prolotherapy Clinic. This role includes supervising front-desk and support staff, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.

The Clinic

Manager will coordinate with medical providers on operational needs, monitor inventory and supplies, and support budgeting and basic financial tracking. Day-to-day tasks involve handling patient inquiries, maintaining service quality, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, and implementing process improvements. The role also includes training and mentoring staff, enforcing safety and hygiene standards,



and preparing operational reports for leadership.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and patient-facing skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Budgeting and basic financial management skills to support cost control, resource allocation, and operational planning.

Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with medical professionals, staff, and patients.

General understanding of medicine or clinical environments to work effectively with healthcare providers and follow protocols.

Experience in staff training, coaching, or team development within a healthcare or service-oriented setting.

Prior experience in clinic management, hospital administration, or healthcare operations is highly beneficial.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Proficiency with clinic management software, appointment systems, and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email).

Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
