age daily clinic operations, appointments, patient flow and front desk activities.

- Supervise and coordinate doctors, therapists, reception, telecalling and support staff.

- Ensure excellent patient experience, counselling, follow-ups and complaint resolution.

- Monitor clinic sales, conversions, revenue and monthly targets.

- Manage staff attendance, rosters, performance and discipline.

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and grooming of clinic staff with HR.

- Maintain patient records, reports, documentation and confidentiality.

- Monitor inventory, medicines, consumables and clinic equipment.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, safety and applicable healthcare compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with doctors and management for smooth service delivery.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational/performance reports.

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
