Role Description The Clinic Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a calm and professional front desk environment. Daily tasks include handling incoming phone calls, answering basic queries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with clinical staff to manage patient flow.

The Clinic

Receptionist will update and maintain patient records, process payments, and ensure that the waiting area is organized and presentable. This role also involves communicating clinic policies, assisting with forms and documentation, and providing courteous support to patients and visitors throughout their visit.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong Appointment Scheduling skills and experience managing calendars or patient bookings.

Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and explicit communication skills when speaking with patients and external contacts.

Candidates should possess core Receptionist Duties capabilities, including front desk management, visitor handling, and basic administrative tasks.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Terminology to support effective communication with clinicians and patients.

Candidates should possess experience or knowledge of a Medical Office environment, including handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality.

Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with basic computer applications, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in healthcare reception or customer service is preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages, demonstrate a patient-focused attitude, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
