Job Title : Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who understands the world of Performance Marketing and can effectively manage client relationships while driving successful digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing Google & Meta campaigns, lead generation, campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversions, budgets and optimization strategies with both clients and internal performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and build strong relationships with real estate clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective performance marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns and digital marketing funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance and discuss key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI with clients.
- Prepare and present campaign reports, performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality and overall client ROI.
- Conduct regular client meetings,



presentations and performance reviews.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets and client expectations.
- Understand the real estate sales funnel, project positioning, target audiences and lead-generation requirements.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes and emerging performance marketing practices.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling within existing clients.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Performance Marketing.
- Prior experience working with real estate brands or real estate marketing agencies is preferable.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Hands-on understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Positive knowledge of performance metrics, campaign optimization and reporting.
- Strong client communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to understand both the marketing and business side of client requirements .

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
