We’re looking for a Client Servicing / Account Executive who can sit between a client brief and a great piece of work and make sure neither gets lost in translation.

Someone who can take a “Can we make this bigger?” call at 6 PM, turn it into an actual brief, get the creative team moving, keep the client in the loop and somehow still remember that the artwork is due tomorrow morning.

Basically, you make the agency work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Be the client’s go-to person.

Build relationships, understand their business and make sure they always know what’s happening.

Turn briefs into briefs.

Listen, question, clarify and translate client requirements into something the creative, design, digital and production teams can actually work with.

Keep the wheels turning.

Coordinate timelines, follow-ups, feedback, approvals, meetings and deliverables without letting anything fall through the cracks.

Know your client’s business.

Don’t just know what they want. Understand why they want it. Keep an eye on their industry, competition, audience and brand.

Work with creative teams, not against them.

You don’t need to be a designer or copywriter, but you should know a valuable idea when you see one and be able to sell it internally and externally.

Present work with confidence.

Because “the creative team made this” is not a presentation.

Own the chaos.

There will be last-minute changes, impossible deadlines, contradictory feedback and the occasional “small change” that isn't actually small. Deal with it. Calmly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–3 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, digital agencies, marketing, brand communication, events or a related industry.
- Someone who is naturally curious about brands, culture, people and ideas .
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational and project management skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without losing the plot.




- Someone who can confidently interact with clients and equally confidently challenge an idea when needed.
- Good presentation skills.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency with everyday tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace and email. Knowing your way around digital and social media is a definite plus.
- Most importantly, a sense of ownership . We like people who don't wait to be told what needs doing.

Know why some campaigns work and others don't.

Can explain a complicated brief without making it sound complicated.

Have a decent meme game.

Can spot a typo from across the room.

Or simply have the habit of asking, “Okay, but what are we actually trying to achieve?”
