Position : Client Servicing Manager
Experience: 5–8 years | Industry: Events / Experiential / MICE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate client relationships and event briefs.
- Develop proposals, concepts, presentations and budgets.
- Coordinate with creative, production, operations and MICE teams.
- Manage projects from brief to on-ground execution.
- Handle client communication, approvals, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong corporate events / MICE experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Robust project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for events.
