Role Description The Client Servicing Executive (Field Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the executive will visit existing and prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present suitable IndiaMART solutions and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining solid client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting clients in maximizing their use of the platform. The executive will manage client accounts, follow up on leads,



conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and drive subscription renewals and new sales. The role also involves regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in delivering clear and effective Presentations to explain products, services, and value propositions.
- Solid Customer Service capabilities to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Experience in Account Management, including follow-ups, renewals, and driving upsell opportunities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work in the field, travel within Jaipur and nearby areas, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces, B2B sales, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, CRM tools, and MS Office for reporting and client management.
