Role Description

- The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
- Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, briefing internal teams, coordinating with creators and production, and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across influencer marketing and creator-led IPs.
- The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending optimizations to enhance ROI and client satisfaction.
- The Client Servicing/Account Manager will also support financial tracking for accounts, including budgets, invoices, and reconciliations, while contributing to new campaign ideas and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

- Strong client services and customer service skills,



with the ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, with a proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
- Basic to intermediate finance skills to handle budgets, cost estimates, invoicing, and account-level financial tracking.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising account management is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
